FAQ

Are our products safe?

Our team has conducted extensive dermatological testing on 50 women, confirming their safety and non-irritating nature. Rest assured that all our products are formulated without the harmful ingredients such as formaldehyde, sulfates, parabens, silicones, and alcohols. These chemicals, which are often found in hair and beauty products, can have adverse effects on your overall hair health and general well-being. We prioritize your safety and strive to deliver products that promote the health and vitality of your hair.

Performing the keratin treatment at home is completely safe. Unlike traditional chemical-rich treatments, our treatment is 100% formaldehyde-free, ensuring your safety. It doesn't contain any harsh chemicals that could irritate your scalp, so there's no need to wear gloves during the application.

Nevertheless, we advise you to check the ingredients list to ensure you're not allergic to any of the natural ingredients used in the formula. To prevent color fading or stains on your clothes, it's best to use an old towel to cover your shoulders during the treatment.

How frequently should I schedule a follow-up treatment session?

The results of the treatment can last for around three months, but we strongly suggest considering another session within 1-2 months. This way, you can maintain a remarkable and flawlessly fresh appearance, ensuring the highest level of brilliance and smoothness.

Tools you need for home keratin treatment

To perform the keratin treatment, you'll require a few essential items. These include a straightening iron, a blow dryer, a hair clip, a comb, a shower, and a towel.

Is Kerah suitable for all hair type?

Yes, it works well with all hair types! Just remember, it won't fix bonds damaged by bleaching. Colored hair might fade when using a flat iron, especially if it's been dyed with semi-permanent color. To prevent fading, try ironing a small section and letting it cool. If you see fading, lower the temperature and keep testing until there's no more fading.

Does it straiten the hair?

Our treatment doesn't aim to straighten hair, but rather to smooth it. It effectively reduces frizz and can give the appearance of looser curls, while keeping your hair's natural straightness. Even after the first wash, your hair's original volume will return, but the smoothness and shine will persist.

At our treatment, we stand out from traditional straightening treatments and perms because of how it works with the hair. Unlike straightening treatments and perms, which rely on harsh chemicals to alter the hair's disulfide bonds and reorganize the strands, our method uses gentle, natural chemicals that specifically target the weaker, modified bonds in the hair. This unique approach allows us to achieve flawlessly smooth and frizz-free locks without causing any harm to the hair.

Does the product cause damage to the hair?

Our technology works differently by only targeting the weak and reversible bonds, so it doesn't harm the hair. Instead of breaking the disulfide bridges, our method forms cross-links between polypeptide chains. This means that the keratin amino acids can react and create new links, resulting in smooth hair structure.

How long does the application of the keratin treatment take?

It depends on how long you leave the products in. The keratin treatment application usually takes around 45 minutes to 2 hours in total.

After use instructions

- do not tide your hir with hair rubber within 24 hours

- Make sure to use shampoo and conditioners that are sulfate-free

- To maintain smoothness, repeat the treatment every 2 months.
